After graduating in 1989 with a degree in hospital management, my career began as an HR manager at a small hospital. This journey took a personal turn when my father had a stroke, necessitating ongoing care that was beyond what my mother could provide, both in terms of physical support and financially. This challenging period led me to discover long-term care insurance, a crucial but little-known solution that I promptly secured for my wife Michelle and myself. The experience opened my eyes to the lack of awareness surrounding such essential coverage among my peers. Motivated by my father's situation and the enlightening process of obtaining long-term care insurance, I found my true calling in the insurance industry.
